Yavapai College reunion
Last weekend a few us went up to Prescott for a reunion of sorts. Linda Chatterly came over Thursday nite from Calif. and hung out with us for a few hours. Linda looks great as did everyone else in the group. Linda couldnt make the trip to Prescott as she had family plans. It was good to see her and thanks for the kick-ass Angels chair Linda! Jodie drove in from Lompoc and was the first one on the scene. Then Judy and Dawn came over. We sat outside and reminiced the nite away. Friday the 4 of us drove up to Prescott. We rented a cabin South of town. The weather was awesome, nice and cool and drizzly the whole time. We visited the old campus and couldnt believe how much its changed. Its almost unrecogizable. As is Prescott. Driving into Prescott there are signals, Home Depots, Lowes, Cracker barrels and a host of other stores. Where there was once pine trees, now stands buildings and people. We visited DQ Hill, Lynx Lake, Thumb Butte, Embery Riddle, Whiskey Row and ate at the Prescott Brewery one day. We had alot of laughs. We found another gal we went to YC on Facebook and plan to get together for dinner soon since she lives in Scottsdale. All in all, it was a great weekend. Nice to get away and nice to hang out with old friends.
I see Dr. Cavalcant next Thursday and he will probably be ordering my next scans cuz i'm due. I will keep everyone updated on that.
