Christmas 2010
My brother Dan and his yellow lab Amy drove in from Independance, Ca. on the 23rd. He took me to chemo Thursday and after we went up to Payson to spend Christmas with my folks. It was one of the best Christmases ever. About a mile from my parents house there is a nice big dog park we took took the dogs everyday. They really enjoy each others company.
Monday after Christmas we went to Verde Valley and rode the train. It was very relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. We didnt see any wildlife until the ride home on the 260 and then we ran into a bunch of Elk. I counted 9 of them and one was in our lane. It was a wake up call for sure!
Wednesday Dan and I picked Kobi up and headed over to Jobing.com to catch a Coyote game but they wanted $21 and $36 TO STAND!!! So we walked across the way to the Saddle Club and watched for free.
Friday nite we are cookin some Prime Rib and Val, MK and Jay are coming over to share in the festivities. Saturday morning Dan and Amy head back to Calif, and we hate to see them go its been a good vacation!
